In the Asset Leasing modality, the Elevação is part of the SPE (SPECIFIC PURPOSE COMPANY) Araucária Saneamento, which invested in the Construtora, pre-operation and assisted operationof the Campos do Jordão Sanitary Sewage System, in São Paulo, considered one of the most modern ETEs in the country.

In this undertaking, Elevação consolidated its position as an Investor in Sanitationassets, in addition to ensuring that the Construction was within the price, deadline and quality necessary for the success of the operation.

  • First in Latin America indoors with a gas deodorization system

  • Production of reuse water by ultrafiltration membranes

The Elevação Construction is also a member of SPE (SPECIFIC PURPOSE COMPANY) SANEVAP - Saneamento do Vale do Paraíba, responsible for the Construtora, pre-operation and assisted operation of the Sewage Treatment System in the municipality of São José dos Campos. It consists of an ETE, 18 km of collectors and interceptors and treats 615 l/s.
