This is the communication channel made available by Elevação Construction Ltda to data subjects for the forwarding of requests for rights, pursuant to articles 18 and 20 of Law 13,709/2018 – General Law for the Protection of Personal Data (LGPD).

To have access to the submission of requests for rights, the holder simply sends his e-mail to the address below, where the requests with the options provided for by law can be sent.

The service will provided free of charge, by electronic means by returning an email to former employees, customers, and suppliers, within the deadlines defined by law or that may regulated by the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

In the request by e-mail, the holder must fill in the necessary information to confirm that the applicant is the data holder himself or his legally constituted representative, and Elevação Construction may require the submission of complementary documentation capable of proving the ownership of the data. Requestor or its representative or representation, always to guarantee the privacy of the holders.
