Work with the objective of supplying natural gas in Porto Alegre, metropolitan region, Caxias do Sul and in the Petrochemical Complex of Triunfo and Montenegro. Use of HDPE and Carbon Steel technologies.

ABOUT THE WORK

Work carried out in different sectors of Porto Alegre, São Leopoldo, Novo Hamburgo and Caxias do Sul. Partly in urban areas using Non-Destructive Method (NDMs) and part in sectors of difficult execution on rock soil. The Elevação Construction carried out the work on time, according to the scope and with complete safety.

SERVICES PERFORMED

● Execution of 21km of GAS PIPELINE in carbon steel, with diameters between 2 and 6 inches.
● Project for a 2km HDPE gas pipeline, with diameters between 32 and 125 mm.
● Assembly and execution of 12km of HDPE GAS PIPELINE varying between 32 and 125 mm.
● Part of the works performed by Directional Hole – Non-Destructive Method.
● Construction, assembly, and pre-operation of the GAS PIPELINE.
● Drilling in 8-inch ducts.
● Execution of 30 ERPMs (pressure reduction and measurement stations).
● Supply and installation of 510m tube-jacket, with a diameter of 16 inches.
● Opening trenches in rock.
